I am a 23 years old fitness trainer and bodybuilder. I started weight lifting at the age of 14 and have been continuously progressing since then.
Currently a Personal trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach ( NASM) and pursuing my Masters Degree at Southwest Minnesota State University.
I am also an entrepreneur having owned four different businesses in the past 5 years. From e-commerce clothing and fitness brand to several barbershops in Brazil I have always had one simple goal: to make a positive impact in my clients lifestyle, self-esteem, and overall health.
